Returns/Exchange

We accept exchange/return for store credit within 7 days of receiving item.

Item needs to be in original packaging with tags to be eligible for exchange/return for store credit.

Not applicable for orders collected at showroom.

Store credit does not expire and can be used to offset subsequent orders.

Customer is responsible for any delivery fees involved in return/exchange.

Received the bag in high quality packaging in dust bag and nice white box. Seller put in a nice flowered thank you card too which is a sweet gesture. The bag is good size with adjustable strap and soft good leather with real leather smell. I wasn’t quite expecting this high quality at this price point. Very value for money purchase. I will explore more leather products from here.
