Returns/Exchange

We accept exchange/return for store credit within 7 days of receiving item.

Item needs to be in original packaging with tags to be eligible for exchange/return for store credit.

Not applicable for orders collected at showroom.

Store credit does not expire and can be used to offset subsequent orders.

Customer is responsible for any delivery fees involved in return/exchange.

Great work and travel backpack

Got this bag and been using it for a week now. I must say it's built very well and you can tell by the contruction that the crafting is top notch. The leather used is great and it carries pretty light with good weight distribution on the back. The hardware and zippers feel sturdy as well.

A highly professional and functional bag at a reasonable price.

The bag is solidly and stylishly built and has three zipped sections that allows me to store my various items. The quality of the leather is excellent and bag holds its shape as advertised. The item is just big enough for my 13 inch M2 MacBook Air in its sleeve. Highly recommended for professionals.

Great laptop backpack

Decided to pay a little more for leather laptop backpack instead of cloth material backpack. No regrets, nice and spacious bag for laptop and other personal items. Thumb up!
