Returns/Exchange

We accept exchange/return for store credit within 7 days of receiving item.

Item needs to be in original packaging with tags to be eligible for exchange/return for store credit.

Not applicable for orders collected at showroom.

Store credit does not expire and can be used to offset subsequent orders.

Customer is responsible for any delivery fees involved in return/exchange.

Beautiful bag

I’ve bought this bag recently and was very happy and satisfied with the staff’s professionalism and product’s quality especially its packaging when I received it. The packaging is equivalent and at par with other expensive boutique brands. The cowhide leather still has the nice smell and design is perfect.
However, I’ll love if the strap is also made of cowhide leather instead of canvas material.
